Paul ‘The Mixxa’ Martin is an international award winning cocktail mixologist and twice holder of the Guinness World Record for the 1-hour cocktail speed mix.

Paul is the author of the globally successful World Encyclopaedia of Cocktails and Mammoth Book of Cocktails as well as being the presenter of numerous cocktail mixing DVD’s. He has appeared on more than 40 TV shows demonstrating his cocktail skills and has travelled extensively to entertain audiences from New York to Moscow. Paul is also the inventor of the Freepour TM juice pourer.

Paul also has a reputation as one of the drinks industry’s most inspirational trainers. He has created and delivered national training courses for many top brands including TGI Fridays, Pitcher & Piano & All Bar One. With more than 15 years of live performance experience, Paul’s unique combination of entertainment skills and world-class mixology has resulted in him hosting the ultimate in interactive corporate entertainment and team building shows.
